Refund Policy

⚠️ ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS — NO EXCEPTIONS

All EADeck products are digital software delivered instantly via electronic download. Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are final and non-refundable once the product has been delivered or made available for download.

1. Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

EADeck products are digital software files (Expert Advisors for MetaTrader 5). Unlike physical products, digital products:

  • Cannot be "returned" — once downloaded, the files are in your possession and can be copied indefinitely
  • Include full source code (.mq5) — the intellectual property is fully exposed upon delivery, making a "return" meaningless
  • Are instantly delivered — the full value of the product is transferred at the moment of purchase

Issuing refunds for digital products with included source code would be equivalent to giving away our products for free, as there is no mechanism to verify deletion or prevent retention of the files.

2. Pre-Purchase Acknowledgment

By completing a purchase on eadeck.com, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following BEFORE payment:

  1. You understand that you are purchasing a digital product with instant delivery
  2. You have read and agree to these Terms, the Terms of Service, and the Risk Disclaimer
  3. You understand that no refund will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Dissatisfaction with trading results or performance
    • Inability to install or compile the EA on your platform
    • Change of mind after purchase
    • Incompatibility with your specific broker or platform version
    • Expectation of guaranteed profits (no trading system guarantees profits)
    • Failure to test on a demo account before live trading
    • Any other reason
  4. You waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period that might apply under consumer protection laws, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law
  5. You acknowledge that this no-refund policy was clearly and conspicuously disclosed prior to purchase

3. What This Means for You

Before purchasing, we strongly recommend:

  • 🔍 Understanding that EAs are research/automation tools — NOT guaranteed money-making machines

We are happy to answer any questions before you purchase to ensure the product meets your expectations.

4. Fraud & Chargeback Policy

Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed and may result in legal action.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving and downloading the product, EADeck will:

  • Submit evidence of delivery and your acceptance of these Terms to the payment processor
  • Immediately revoke your license to use all EADeck products
  • Permanently ban your account from future purchases
  • Reserve the right to pursue recovery of costs, including collection fees and legal expenses
  • Report the incident to fraud prevention databases

5. Exceptional Circumstances

While our policy is strictly no refunds, EADeck may, at its sole and absolute discretion, consider the following situations on a case-by-case basis:

  • Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us within 24 hours with proof of both transactions
  • Unauthorized purchase: If you believe someone made an unauthorized purchase on your payment account, contact your payment provider first, then notify us

Any decision to provide a credit, exchange, or exception is entirely at EADeck's discretion and does not create a precedent for future requests.

6. Product Support (Not a Substitute for Refunds)

If you experience technical difficulties with any Product, we offer:

  • Installation guidance — help with compiling and attaching the EA
  • Configuration assistance — help with parameter settings and optimization
  • Bug fixes — if a genuine software defect is identified, we will release a fix
  • Updates — lifetime updates are included with all purchases

7. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by and subject to the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, these Terms shall prevail regarding refund-specific matters.
